WSIB Claims

Every year, hundreds of thousands of Ontarians are injured on the job. If you are one of them, you may have many questions and concerns about benefits.

You can claim Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) benefits for a work-related accident or illness if you have:

  •     received health care; and/or
  •     lost time or wages from work beyond the day of the accident/illness; or
  •     continued to work, but on partial hours only

If you had to do different work due to the accident/illness for more than a week and did not see a health care professional, you can also make a claim.

If you have been seriously injured on the job and your WSIB claim has been denied, we can help you obtain the benefits to which you are entitled.
