

Published papers and speaking engagements
Judith's practice is restricted to personal injury including traumatic brain injuries, orthopaedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, complex chronic pain cases and wrongful death claims. Judith has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
Judith is a Past President of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Judith is also one of two Ontario governors on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Judith currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Share the Road Cycling Coalition.
Judith has published a number of articles and has presented seminars in the area of personal injury litigation for numerous associations including the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America/American Association for Justice, Insight, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Judith previously hosted a weekly TV legal news show on ETM Network – “Looking At Law”.
In 2008, Judith was nominated for the RBC Momentum Award through the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. In 2010, the American Association of Justice awarded Judith the International Trial Lawyer Leadership Award. On November 10, 2011 Judith received the Women's Caucus Award from the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, in recognition of her mentoring achievements with fellow female lawyers. Judith was called to the Bar in 1997 and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario Law School (1994). She also obtained her Honours B.A. in English and Anthropology at the University of Western Ontario in 1989.
Memberships
Outside the office Judith is an avid traveller and photographer, having travelled to all six of the world's inhabited continents. When at home, quiet time is devoted to classical music, literature and her rescue greyhound Thisbe. Judith's previous experience as a world leader in the fitness industry has now evolved into a fulfilling dedication to yoga.

Karin Brunet de Rochebrune works in association with the firm. Karin handles discoveries, mediations, motions, pre-trial conferences and other matters for the clients of Judith Hull & Associates. Called to the Bar in 2000, Karin brings her extensive legal experience to every case in which she is involved.

Shilpi joins the firm as an articling student. Shilpi graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Punjab University, India in 1999. She also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Punjab University in 1995. Shilpi has worked in New Zealand and India in the financial field prior to coming to Canada. In Canada, she worked with corporate finance at Goodlife Fitness for a number of years, before commencing her law career. She is fluent orally and in writing, in both Hindi and Punjabi.
In her spare time Shilpi enjoys keeping fit, listening to music and watching movies.

With over 12 years' experience in the legal field, Misty has developed a large network of professional resources to help our clients with their various needs through the course of both their litigation and rehabilitation. As Case Manager, Misty helps our clients build a team of reliable service providers and professionals so that needed services are available to help rebuild our clients' futures with integrity.
Misty is also a licensed paralegal who represents our clients in their fight to secure benefits before administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and the CPP Review Tribunal.

Outside the office Misty is a past Board Member for the MS Society where she volunteered organizing educational information sessions for those affected by MS. She also participated in many fundraising events organized by the MS Society such as the Jazz Night with Sonja Gustafson and Trivia Night. During her down time Misty and her husband enjoy long walks through the neighbourhood with their dogs, a golden retriever named Sydney and border collie Jack. In her spare time, Misty enjoys hitting the links, practicing hot yoga and photography as well as being an avid football fan.
